the price can vary drastically depending on the complexity of the piece you want, which can range from a simple headshot to a full scene with multiple characters interacting.additional characters will raise the price considerably, as well as the addition of a background or complex props.
feel free to treat this as a standalone commission (though that will require lots of discussion and communication about your Vision) or as a "skeb-style"/pwyw piece where i'm given artistic freedom and a dream. it's your pick!

custom characters tailored for you!!! i work well with both humanoid and anthro style customs, but please be specific as possible when buying a design!

price will go up depending on complexity. base customs will include a fullbody (clothed or unclothed), facial markings/other notes and a palette. inquire about additional drawings like headshots, diff forms, etc.
i will usually ask for info such as species, hairstyles(if needed), color palettes, and any other physical notes and personality traits that should be noted in the design. pinterest boards and the like are welcome!

payments

  • i take payment through paypal, cashapp, venmo, and ko-fi. USD only!

  • payment is expected within 24 hours unless discussed otherwise!

  • refunds can be offered if i have not started your commission in 2 months or have not made any progress in a while. anything i have started will be given to you along with a partial refund!

  • i only do payment plans for things such as adopts/designs and if the price is over $100.

permissions

  • do not use my art for anything related to AI, NFT, or cryptocurrency. never use it for generative AI training or using them as NFTs

  • i retain the rights for all the artwork i've created, but not the character. any commissioned pieces i've made will not be used to make physical media/commercially unless instructed.

  • artwork bought by me may only be used for personal use (i.e posting it online/using it as icons, making physical copies/merch of my artwork only for your own use). please discuss with me beforehand if you are planning to use my work commercially as that will include fees.

  • feel free to use artwork you've bought from me as icons, headers, etc. along with reposting on sites like twitter, toyhouse, insta. you must credit me if reposting/using the artwork! toyhouse user is binturon, while other handles are @binturron

  • i will be using artwork i've created as examples/posted online, so please let me know if you don't want me to post your commission publically!

  • you are allowed to make small edits with your artwork/design if you so choose, but credit is required regardless of edits! please keep a version of the original design/piece if making major edits

general

  • please let me know if there are deadlines ahead of time! i may not be able to finish it if you only communicate the deadline while the commission is in process

  • by default i will send a sketch for approval then send the finished piece. WIPs are always free, so you can always ask for more updates!

  • i can provide a transparent + unfiltered version of your piece if asked

  • finished pieces will usually be sent through where you initially bought the commission, but feel free to ask for me to send it elsewhere (i.e email, discord, etc)

  • you are allowed to ask for updates on your commission at any time! please do not rush me if there are any delays i can't control, but i always appreciate any reminders or bumps.

  • i use the sketch stage to work out anything that might need to be changed. in terms of shaded or rendered pieces, i often give myself artistic freedom to slightly alter colors or experiment w/ my process. if you want anything specific (such as a specific shading style i've done before) please tell me during the sketch or ask for more updates so you can be more specific. thanks!

changes

  • changes to the sketch are free + unlimited (to a reasonable extent).

  • once the initial sketch is agreed upon and worked on i will not be changing anything drastic such as the expression or pose

  • any mistakes i've made (such as missed markings/accessories) can be changed free of charge and i will send a revised version asap!

design/adopts

  • do not sell my designs for higher than what they're worth, unless there is extra art. this extends to trades/gifts aswell

  • i do not do refunds for adopts, all sales are final!

  • clients will be given a unwatermarked high resolution file thru their designated platform. if bought on toyhouse, i will make the character page first and send a transfer

  • payment plans are acceptable for characters over $100.

  • i will do holds on a character for about a week max unless discussed seperately! if there is no communication regarding a hold for more than a week it will be put back up for sale.

  • feel free to change information/make edits on characters that i've originally designed/owned, but please keep the original design somewhere!
